All orders placed with Sweet Ophelia Designs will be subject to the T&C's outlined below. By placing your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
QUOTES & PAYMENT PLANS
Once I have all your details and requirements, I will email you a quote which will be valid for 30 days from the date the quote was sent to you.
Please note that your quote is subject to change and will be amended following any order changes.
Once you have accepted the quote, an invoice will be sent for the non-refundable deposit which also acts as the design fee. Payment is required before I start any work on your order. The outstanding balance is due once you have confirmed your digital design.
Payment Plans are also optional. Please get in touch for further details.
TIMESCALES
As rule of thumb, please allow 8-10 weeks for Bespoke Invitations and 6-8 weeks for On the Day stationery.
Specific timescales will be sent on receipt of deposit
YOUR DESIGN
All information and details for your order should be clearly typed exactly how you would like them printed. Please check for any spelling errors before sending your information through and ensure that you proof-read your final design.
Your quote includes 3 rounds of digital proofs to allow for any tweaks to be made to your design. This includes 2 rounds of amends and a final proof. If further amendments are required, you will be charged an additional fee.
Please note that due to colour differences in monitor settings and other variables, we can't always guarantee that your design will look identical to your digital proof. Once printed, the colours might vary to the colours in the PDF, and as your design will be printed and assembled by hand, please allow for minor variances.
DELIVERY

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delayed, damaged or lost parcels.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel on the delivery date specified.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Once your order has gone to print, we cannot accept cancellations.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your package and we will try to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

All designs are the property and copyright of Sweet Ophelia Designs. You or any third party may not use, replicate or reproduce our designs without our permission.
Sweet Ophelia Designs reserves the right to use completed orders for promotional and marketing material on our website and on social media, blogs and press. Any personal details provided will not be used.
